Nice work guys!

hey guys. great work. If I'm planning to have bbq prawns with my Aus Day BBQ tomorrow any suggestions? I'll definitely give the Rose a go but not too sure. At this stage it's looking like a sweet chili marinade..

ps.. Elie, with batting like that you could be giving Michael Clarke a run for his money if the TV personality thing doesn't work out for you.

@molotov Would recommend you have a nice Semillon from the Hunter Valley 'Brokenwood' or 'Tyrrell's' their entry level Semillon is usually under $20 and very good or if you want to spend a bit more try Tyrrells Semillon 2005 which is on sale at Danmurphy's, Ultimo Wine Centre, Vaucluse Cellars, Vintage Cellars or any half decent bottle shop.

On the weekend we had the Tim Adams Riesling 2005 (Ken also recommended the 2010 in his 5 wines pick for Australia Day), you can buy this from Danmurphy's for under $22, bargain for what it's got to offer.

Or why not try a sparkling wine; you can get a sparkling rose under $15 from Danmurphy's or Vintage cellars, recommend you look at Hesketh 'The Proposition' Cuvee.

@molotov Cheers, Elie.. I may give the Tim Adams a go. Glad you didn't recommend any kiwi wines for tomorrow... that'd be un-Australian!

Tim - Where you dug that hat up from I haven't the slightest idea, best to keep that to yourself!

Great episode guys - love the 60sec reviews. Keep them coming!

Visions of Elie playing cricket and Tim in that hat will stay with me for years.

Well done guys love the 60sec reviews perhaps Ken could learn a thing or two from you guys.

@Smithy the advantage that elie has is that you are not editing!

@Smithy Smithy would love to see you batting! 60 sec reviews is going to be a new segment introduce in many of our reviews including Ken's.

@Smithy Elie I actually made those comments about your cricket skills before I saw your hat, so I take them all back.

Elie & Tim,

Thanks for a relaxing tasting of some fine wines with which to celebrate

Autralian Day. They all sounded great especially with a great BBQ.

Now You've given me the urge to have one but it's to darn cold here, so

I'll just open up a good bottle and drink to your health guys.

Keep up the great work & Bon Appetit, Ciao.

Guy,
France
