The New Zealand week was good, the Hunter week I am really looking forward to! You don't see Scarborough Shiraz in retail land very often.
The last great Hunter reds I had were the Lindemans 1998 Steven Shiraz and the Lindemans 1983 bin 6600 Shiraz. Both drinking extremely well. The '83 had a little bit of fruit hanging on and the '98 Steven is at the peak of it's powers.
Looking forward to some cracking Hunter wines over this week.
